Meet me at the playground on the Crescent Dr. cul-de-sac a few minutes early to settle into your spot!

A slow, meditative, and passive style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods.
A gentle, accessible approach to yoga performed while seated in a chair. Ideal for all body types and those with limited mobility, this practice allows everyone to experience the benefits of movement, breath, and mindfulness safely and comfortably.
