Active Assisted Stretching
Designed to improve mobility and ease discomfort, this session guides your body through a series of customized stretches. Using gentle hands-on techniques, we’ll focus on joints, muscles, and connective tissue to restore ease of movement. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Typically takes 30 minutes.
Chair Massage Session
A quick yet effective reset for busy days. This session focuses on the back, shoulders, chest, and arms while you relax in a supportive massage chair. Perfect for relieving tension on the go. Hot towels and aromatherapy included. Sessions can range from 15 minutes to an hour.
