ARISE

Morning Yoga + Dynamic Movement

Wake up. Move freely. Meet the day in your body.

ARISE is a monthly virtual morning yoga flow designed to warm your joints, wake up your muscles, and get a little sweat going before the rest of your day begins.

This playful, upbeat practice combines yoga, mobility, and dynamic movement with music and creative sequencing. Come sleepy. Leave awake.

Who it's for:
People with some prior yoga or movement experience who enjoy an active, continuously flowing practice. You don't need to be especially flexible or advanced—just comfortable following a moderately paced yoga flow.

Expect: Yoga • Mobility • Dynamic movement • Creative sequencing • Music • A little sweat

ALIGN

Self-Care + Functional Movement Workshop

Understand your body. Build your toolkit. Move with more ease.

ALIGN is a monthly virtual workshop combining self-care techniques with functional movement. Each month we'll explore a different area of the body through mobility, strength, and hands-on self-care using tools like foam rollers, massage balls, blocks, and other household props.

Rather than simply stretching what feels tight, you'll learn practical ways to work with your body—building mobility, awareness, and control that you can carry into everyday life.

Who it's for:
Anyone dealing with stiffness, recurring tension, limited mobility, or simply wanting to better understand and care for their body between massages, workouts, or movement practices.

Expect: Mobility • Functional movement • Self-massage • Strength + stability • Practical take-home tools

ANCHOR

Restorative Yoga + Nervous System Reset

Slow down. Get supported. Let your body exhale.

ANCHOR is a monthly virtual restorative yoga gathering designed to give your nervous system a reset—in community, from the comfort of home.

Using supportive poses, props, breathwork, and stillness, we'll create the conditions for your body to soften without forcing or striving. Expect a slow, spacious practice with plenty of time to settle in and receive.

Who it's for:
Anyone craving deep rest, stress relief, or a gentler relationship with their body. No yoga experience or flexibility required.

Expect: Restorative yoga • Breathwork • Guided relaxation • Nervous-system support

Spinal Strengthening Series 101

Begin with a guided practice for building strength and support through the muscles surrounding your spine.

This 30 minute meditative floor session is the first step in learning how to integrate the seed to every movement: the breath with the root of every movement: the core. Special care is taken to illustrate the "corsetting" movement- engaging the belly to the spine and squeezing the core towards the midline of the body. This class is a slow introduction to integrated, embodied spinal movement, the basis for every movement in the universe!
